Logistical help in the warehouse library

This is how we help

A book, CD or DVD often brings virtuous relaxation. This is especially true when staying in a care facility. library service for hospitals and care institutions is more than a book. In addition to relaxation material, library service for hospitals and care institutions offers social contact. Our volunteers regularly pop into the homes of patients and residents. With a short visit, a chat and a customized collection (e.g. large print books, foreign language books...) they make a big difference.

"Packing in boxes sometimes requires some puzzle work. All boxes are labeled with the destination and stacked on a cart, ready for shipping. When my job is done, I always hope the lending point will be pleased with their new collection."
