Belgian Red Cross-Flanders organizes annual WOW camps and vacations for children and adults. We list it briefly.
WOW vacations
A fantastic experience for adults (18 years and older) with physical and/or mental disabilities, whether alone or in the company of a partner, caregiver, friend or family member.
Our vacationers can enjoy a week of carefree fun under the continuous and expert guidance 24/7 good care of well-trained volunteers.
Enjoy a 100% accessible vacation, where you are completely free to choose which trips and activities you want to participate in.
Stay in fantastic custom locations with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation experience and the ultimate WOW feeling.
New starting this year: vacation week at sailwise. Every day, experienced water sports instructors will take you out on the water several times a day to introduce you to a variety of water sports. Ever heard of a trimaran or a sailhorse sailboat? Or would you rather discover the art of rowing or supping? All boats are wheelchair accessible. And if your wheelchair can't come aboard you'll make the transfer with a hoist in an adapted chair or on a beanbag. No sailing experience? No problem! Sense of adventure is much more important. Get on the (wheelchair accessible) ferry and let the adventure begin. Ship ahoi!
Would you like to join us as a vacation guest? Sign up for your vacation between Dec. 2, 2024 (10 a.m.) and Jan. 5, 2025.
On January 6, we will start scheduling via lottery. During February you will hear if you can participate, or if you are on the reserve list.

WOW camps
Camps during Easter and summer vacations 2025 for 160 children aged 7 t.em.14 (born between 2011-2018) from socially vulnerable families.
Each camp is led and supervised by enthusiastic volunteers, with lead animators, animators, a care-moni, and logistical support.
Volunteers ensure that all children have fun, relax, and receive the attention they need.
Activities include romps, games, outings, and healthy meals for an unforgettable week of fun.
Can your child come with you to camp?
Registration for our camps will be available starting Monday, Jan. 13, 2025 at 10 am.

WOW camps +
Let your kids shine during WOW's Easter and fall holiday camps! This unique experience is specially designed for enthusiastic children between the ages of 7 and 14 (born between 2011-2018) with disabilities from socially vulnerable families.
Our camps are supervised by a team of heart-warming volunteers, including dedicated nursing and care professionals, sparkling animators, and handy logistics heroes.
Here, a week is all about just being a kid: playing, feasting on delicious food and going on adventures.
