Update company first aid
What do you learn?
First aid is constantly evolving. Therefore, it is important to regularly refresh your knowledge and skills. We have a wide range of continuing education classes recognized by the federal government (FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue). Your employees keep their certification valid by attending at least 4 hours of continuing education each calendar year.
- A standard continuing education looks like this:
- In the first 2 hours you will learn emergency management, CPR, alerting, stable side positioning, choking and additional practical exercises.
- For the other 2 hours you can then choose one theme from the following list:
- CPR and defibrillation
- wound care
- burns
- poisoning and difficulty breathing
- unwell (fainting, diabetes, stroke, shock and convulsions ...)
- seriously injured (head injuries, spinal injuries ...)
- limb injuries
- organization of first aid in the company
- traffic accidents
- psychosocial first aid
- alcohol and drugs

- We also offer blended continuing education: a combination of 3 hours of classroom learning (practical) and 1 hour of e-learning (theory). Before the start of the classroom part, you must complete the e-learning independently. You will receive an invitation via e-mail, containing a link to the e-learning platform.
For whom.
For anyone who has a valid certification company first aid : you keep your certification company first aid valid by attending at least 4 hours of continuing education per calendar year.
