As a client of Clinical Biology Laboratory Belgian Red Cross-Flanders , you may refer to LKB's BELAC accreditation status, but you must respect the following conditions in doing so:

• Reference to accreditation in the form of the text "Clinical Biology Laboratory Belgian Red Cross-Flanders is accredited by BELAC under certificate number 412-MED" may appear on informational or publicity documents you use, as long as it corresponds to the activities covered by the accreditation certificate. 
• The use of the BELAC symbol is not permitted.
• Reports issued by Clinical Biology Laboratory Belgian Red Cross-Flanders on which the reference to accreditation appears may be reproduced "in their entirety. If only partially, you must request formal and written approval at dienstvoorhetbloed@rodekruis.be.
• You will be notified of any revocation or renunciation of BELAC accredited activities via news release on the website, and in doing so you must assess the necessary consequences for your own activities. In this case, you should cease any reference to the BELAC accredited status of LKB.

At all times, the provisions established by BELAC in the latest published version of the document BELAC 2-001, available at www.belac.be, must be complied with.

If LKB identifies misuse or incorrect use by its customers, LKB takes actions to the customers and informs BELAC.
