We start a Care Bib operation at the request of a facility. This is done as follows:

1. During an initial meeting, we will introduce you to our collection and explain how library service for hospitals and care institutions works.
2. After signing a cooperation agreement, we agree on a start date.
3. We provide the starter collection. To the volunteers and staff involved, we give a brief introduction on how to get started with the collection.
4. We invite volunteers and staff to take the basic training 'library service for hospitals and care institutions, tricks of the trade'.
