Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about Belgian Red Cross-Flanders' online patch sales.

When should I expect my patch in the mail?

The band-aids you buy online are shipped via Bpost. You can expect to receive your plaster approximately 3 working days after ordering. Didn't receive your patch after 4 working days? Please contact us at schenken@rodekruis.be.

Why is there an additional €4.95 charge for shipping?


The €4.95 covers the cost of processing and shipping your patch(s) ordered online. Thus, the full €10 of your band-aid will reach the volunteers of your local chapter. 

Tip: Do you order 2 or more plasters? Then the shipping cost is waived!

Help, I did not receive my patch!

The delivery of your plaster can take up to 4 business days after your order. Haven't received your patch after 4 business days? Please send an email to schenken@rodekruis.be.

Oops, I made a mistake in my delivery address.

No worries! Send an email with the correct delivery address as soon as possible to schenken@rodekruis.be. We will do our best to still deliver your patch to the correct address.

Oh no, all the online patches are sold out!

No worries! You can still support your local Red Cross chapter with an online donation at rodekruis.be/gift-chapter.

Too bad I receive my patch folded in the mailbox.

To keep shipping costs low, we ship the patch in a standard envelope, so the patch will be folded once. We hope for your understanding for this. If your patch is still damaged, please send an email to schenken@rodekruis.be.

I would like to support my Red Cross chapter, but I do not need to receive a patch.
