Provincial Team Member Volunteer Management - T1

The Volunteer Management team (formerly S1) is responsible for the IT and administrative support of the provincial staff.

Operationally, the Volunteer Management team is responsible for casualty registration, providing command and transmission duties in the command vehicle, liaison duties to other emergency and order services and organizing assembly points during alerts.

Provincial Team Member Events and Operations - T3

The Events and Operations team (formerly S3) is responsible for major preventive aid actions and disaster operations. Specifically, the team handles the organization of provincial preventive actions and participates in all meetings surrounding disaster operations and contingency plans.

Operationally, the Events and Operations team focuses on taking operational leadership during preventive actions and during disaster operations.

 

Provincial Team Member Logistics - T4

The Logistics team (formerly S4) is responsible for managing provincial equipment and purchasing new equipment. The team also takes care of the administration surrounding the broadcast equipment and the fleet of vehicles.

Operationally, the Logistics team is responsible for managing equipment at provincial preventive actions and during disaster operations.
