Urgent psychosocial intervention
People affected by a shocking event need psychosocial support. For example, a fire in an apartment building, an accident at a youth camp ... We offer help to everyone: the injured, the uninjured, worried family members and the aid workers involved.
If necessary, we receive those affected by a disaster at a local reception center. We provide information and try to locate their loved ones. In our call center, worried relatives can get information about their family or friends. And in the hospitals we inform and support the injured and their relatives. We also provide support in identifying deceased victims. We offer appropriate counseling to family members.
